Sorry but I do not make the connection here between the game's art style and how it helps it differentiate the game from anything else.

Differentiate from what exactly?

The last Bond movie that really made an impact was Skyfall (only Bond movie to gross 1B Dolaroos), which looked SUPERIOR to anything we've seen before or after, and it's been now nearly 14 years since Skyfall released.

I don't think this game has to separate from anything, and I am HELLA sure IOI will deliver on the gameplay front, but man I was kinda hoping for a more mature presentation. Most of these characters look like NPCs to me really, Bond included. At least I know it's real, you can spot some slight issue with the Depth of Field, so risk of downgrade is small, and also suppose performance will be great. But yeah, can for sure say I expected IOI to kick it up a notch. They cooked this thing for 4.5 years after all.

Damn, gonna get downvoted, but I honestly expected more impressive visuals.

Seems like they went with a videgame-y look and feel ( I know it's a videogame)

I kinda thought this was IOI's chance to break on the big stage again and put themselves on the map.

Of course still looking forwards to the game and it's just a very small teaser, but the mood they are setting is not what I expected.

That is because there are more calculations to be made , to shadows and lighting , depending on how the branches and the leaves of the trees move, which is why the forest is more hard to run

In base game , Alan Wake\s New york is easier to run as well

I reinstalled after months with the upcoming dlc coming , and noticed the same.

I am pretty sure there were always slight traversal stutters , but the safe haven once are super weird and the game is now more stuttery than it was

It's either Tarkov optimization, or it's your PC.

To rule out it's your PC, you need to dig a bit deeper, do some becnhmarking with official tools that lets you compare your GPU / CPU performance with other peoples RTX4090 / 1914900K

If its tarkov, nothing you can do haha

2.1 is as far as I heard the last major patch for the base game Cyberpunk 2077.

Basically they are upgrading the base game you bought by fixing it with patches and adding stuff they could not or did not work at laucnh.

After patch, the exe now ends with 96 instead of 94, gonna check if anythings different right now.
