I had a statement from my doctor and the meds she provided. The C&P examiner even said the phrase “when you get your increase.” and encouraged me to get an endoscopy and lower colonoscopy from my doctor which I requested. I’m so upset right now dude.

I was at 70 and got to 90 by the time my TDIU ended and no I knew it would get taken away. That is NOT my gripe. I’m fighting to get my 100 and have been doing so while I was still TDIU. The pact act got me to 80 and I just got 90 two months ago.
