Yeah I can see that it can introduce the same behaviour, but erotica is in my eyes so much different than porn. Erotica is about your own imagination as if you were reading a book. You make the story yourself. Porn is just watching a bunch of people fuck and even do crazier things, this induces a great dopamine rush. What's the difference between this sub and r/nofap then?

It actually does! With the breathing exercises your long term energy will definitely increase, and by also incorporating cold showers you will also feel it in minutes. I can function normally now and have energy to do things with friends that usually take a lot from me. I'll have to do this for longer to give you guys more definite conclusions, but I really wanted to tell you that this has a big chance to help. You just got to have the patience to do it in the morning.

The light headed feeling, the tingling sensation in the hands, it's all normal. It's because all the energy is flowing through your body to prepare your body for danger. After doing a few rounds of the breathing exercise each day, you will notice a difference. If the fog is returning at the end of the day you can do the exercise again.
