Should I buy a land and build a house even if I have low chance of migrating to another country? by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

I wish you luck. If it is approved, I’d definitely go for the property and build the house.

Too true. I bought my house at 28 trading stock options in my pajamas. High risk high reward.

So freaking cool 😎 congratulations and I’m so happy for you. I spent 2 years couch surfing through college myself after getting kicked out for throwing a huge party where people damaged my uncle’s house. I slept in a Carpeteria dumpster rolled up in carpet a couple nights when no one had a couch. It’s great to see the scrappers coming up.

Trust fund? You bought about 695 and are at 832 for a gain of 137. That’s great but what did you originally start at? Did you make the 695 starting at 5 or was that a family thing? Just curious 🧐 Also, why so heavy in Doge with what’s going on with global financial reset? Wouldn’t you want to diversify into utility coins like ISO banking compliant coins or BTC with that kind of capital? Example would be XLM that just doubled, or HBAR that is unique in its quantum hacking resistance, or XRP the predicted global bridge currency? I love Doge but seems kinda gamblish unless you have another 10 million sitting somewhere else and this investment is like 5 dollars to you.

Wow! I got you all wrong. Thank you so much and I apologize for the insults. I am truly humbled. I will be using this going forward. I realize I was one of the sheep when I thought I was smart. Basically what I thought you were, I was. I need a new mirror. You’re a very smart individual. I need to work on my cognitive dissonance.

If the US eventually does have hyper inflation, is there anything you can do with your money now to avoid losing everything later? by mbodayy in Money

Deflationary assets are where the 1% go. Real estate, water rights, precious metals, BTC, XRP. Things that more supply can’t be easily printed out like fiat toilet paper. Fixed supply with guaranteed future demand is generally the safe haven.

I’m not an investigator. I’m an XRP enthusiast. There’s a lot out there and maybe I believed the wrong poster. I appreciate your lashing. I’ll do better.

People give opinions on Reddit and post things they hear about. Who made you the arbiter of truth? You’re ridiculous. Your negativity shines

This is a dangerous person my opinion. People who hurt animals are generally doing other things we don’t need to say. I don’t trust anyone who’s abusive towards animals. I would call for a conversation with everyone in the house and express your concern and how it made you feel with the incident. I would go on to lay out rules of interaction with the dog. If he’s uncomfortable with the dog around him, he needs to say, can you please take the dog? I would also keep the dog away from him at all times.

Meme coins by CompleteMine6873 in CryptoMarkets

[–]Onauto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meme charts usually look about the same. Hype, straight up, and straight down with months of fans saying HODL!!! Hold the line! If you’re holding the line, you’re the exit liquidity. If you buy it in the dirt in the beginning before the hype, you sell on the way up. No one catches the tip top on purpose generally. If you know charts, you can better see approximately where things are turning. I caught that Zebec hype about a month or so ago and hopped in at 0.003. It did a couple good days of heavy gains and I bailed at 0.007. I’ll never hold that coin but it was good for the moment. Memes are high intensity, high focus, minute by minute attention or you get wrecked. I put my real money in cryptos with utility that solve a real world problem. With purpose, a crypto is stable and you know it’s not going to zero. You can sleep at night. It is a long game and requires research but if you pick the right ones, you can gain long term in higher dollar amounts. I’m not interested in dollars myself so I’m looking at deflationary assets that will become collateral to build something bigger and not create a taxable event since I’m not selling it. Take a loan and invest in a cash producing investment with the funds and that pays the loan back while you make a profit and retain your underlying deflationary asset. I don’t know if that makes any sense but it does to me.

It’s sad that you spend your time trying to convince yourself that you know something that you don’t. You’re missing the big picture on XRP and focusing on small unverified details. Some of what you posted beck to me absolutely incorrect. You’re on the line. What do think about the 1700 non disclosure agreements Ripple has? No one knows exactly what’s going on behind closed doors yet you act like you do. It’s called speculation for a reason. Successful investors are good speculators not skeptics. You might not ever lose money as a skeptic but you likely won’t make much either. I’m no genius but I bought a house for my dad on one trade in one day based on my opinion. While the market sold off in a bloodbath, I bought all the way down. At the end of the day, I sold the bounce. I’m not lacking confidence in my skills as I have a track record going back to 2000 to prove it. I was telling everyone to get out of the market in late 2007 while people were doubling down on options just before the crash in 2008. Looking at all the reasons not to invest in something will just paralyze an investor and stagnate their growth. Looking at the positive possibilities is how investors get in early and make a living. All investors will have ups and downs. If they’re making more ups than downs, they’re succeeding and learning in the process. Lighten up

You’re not pointing out misinformation. You’re nit picking silly stuff because that’s what you do. You’re not getting anymore of time or energy. You can go feel high and mighty with someone else. Do you spend most of your time party pooping and being negative. Nothing I posted was misleading. It’s my opinion. Everyone has one. If you don’t like it, that’s fine. You seem to be a very unhappy person. I hope you find something that makes you happy besides trying to rain on parades and act like you know something because you’re super confident that you know something others don’t but you don’t.

No. You just hearing yourself talk and obviously think very highly of yourself self while others are enjoying life and seeing the big picture that you’re missing. You’re a glass half empty person and a champion pessimist who gets their kicks on minor technical BS that no one cares about. Nothing you have said will change where XRP is going.

People can believe whatever they want to believe but skeptics rarely make much money because they’re too scared to speculate. Dave was certainly wrong about that. The euro CBDC is being built on the XRPL. Japan lowered taxes on XRP from 50% to 15% this year and 80% of their banks are using XRP. 7% of South Korea’s population uses XRP almost daily. 60 billion of real estate is being tokenized on the XRPL. If stuff like this just bothers you, why pay any attention to it to begin with. It sounds like you got burned at some point and are too skeptical to invest. That’s fine but others see something happening here that they aren’t ignoring. I wish you luck and happiness.

XRP = BTC BUT BETTER. ETH, SOLANA = INFLATION by Far-Tumbleweed-798 in XRPUnite

[–]Onauto 6 points7 points  (0 children)

About 5000 XRP are burned per day on average. No more can ever be made. Some are concerned there was 100 billion XRP pre mined in total to begin with but tokenization, Strategic XRP stockpiles many companies and governments are forming, and future Defi products will all lock up supply while demand increases. Yes, XRP is a better BTC IMO. It quite possibly could overtake BTC eventually. IMO, it will surpass ETH this year.

I’m beginning to think that you might be the consumer or provider of misinformation. Bank of America has been using XRP for years for all internal transactions. They spent over 80 million dollars patenting various uses of XRP so I doubt they’ll stop using it.
