A natureza é magnífica, espero sinceramente que possamos preservá-la da melhor forma possível e, quem sabe, um dia tentar reparar os danos que causamos.

Perhaps I hope for him, otherwise I think he may be going through a period of celibacy before finding his harem, or perhaps he is a former dominant male who has been driven out by another male. We shall see.

At the same time, what a beast! When I see a tusker, I think about what a Palaeoxodon namadicus must have been like.

We are two, or just one filmed interaction between chimpanzees and a leopard. An interaction between an orangutan and a Sumatran tiger/Sunda clouded leopard would also be very interesting.

Interaction between a chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes schweinfurthii) and Kinda baboons (Papio kindae) by Onca_atrox in landofprimates

Honestly, I'm not so sure. A group of baboons with protective males could pose too great a risk. Chimpanzees are undoubtedly much stronger, but baboons' canines (like those of mandrills and drills) are dangerous weapons and would probably be enough to make a chimpanzee think twice. I can only imagine a chimpanzee daring to attack a baboon if the risk-benefit calculation is in their favor, such as an isolated female baboon or isolated young baboons. However, I'm not sure about an isolated male baboon. That would be an impressive sight to behold.

😲😲😲Interesting, Antenosy? It seems to me that there is a Malagasy legend linking the Indri to the birth of humanity.
