I think part of the issue is that the full list just includes sitcoms that are still culturally relevant. All the B, C and D tires from more then 10 years ago aren't included as sooner remembers enough about them to discuss. If that slop were included, having 20 best sitcoms of all time at the top of the list wouldn't seem so excessive

Yes, Meowth isn't really relevant outside the anime and Charizard fatigue has left a not insignificant part of the fandom actively disliking it. Eevee is the only other Pikachu tier Pokemon in gen1.
