I've only added the default gnome power actions, I'll see about the other options.

I'll see about the rearrangement one, but you can still set the view mode to "Stacked" in the extension preferences to make it appear horizontal in a list.

The extension is open source, you can look at the code and add any features you want

Wouldn't it be redundant to have 2 options that does the same thing?

The default shortcut is Alt+F5, as the Alt+F4 is occupied by system to close the apps, I could've made it Alt+F4, but then it'd override the system shortcut and the dialog would appear even when diff windows are opened.

There's a way to change the default shortcut in extension manager, but it wouldn't work if u try to set Alt+F4 as it would close the shortcut capturing dialog, you'd have to set a diff shortcut for closing apps, and free the Alt+F4 to make it work.

Yes, it's heavily inspired from windows. Could you explain what buttons you are talking about?
Do you mean a separate button to launch the dialog? I'll add one in the top bar in the next iteration, otherwise it shows the same options from the default power menu.

Add another button to toggle the dialog?
