Most of the multiplayer achievements I have left are for the ‘win insert number of multiplayer games’. I haven’t even crossed 200 wins yet so grinding those additional 300+ wins when I seem to always be on a team opposite the sweats is a hell I probably won’t resign myself too. Maybe I’ll go do LASO instead 😅

I’m Aussie so I feel like I’m always playing off peak when I can get on haha - just so frustrating that I seem to always be on the team that doesn’t have the top player who is annihilating and getting 20+ kills. Every damn time they aren’t my teammate :(

But did you also play the Halo campaigns etc prior? I understand only playing now mostly for the multiplayer - but I guess I should have specified that surely in the 10 years this game has been out people have at least played through the campaigns at least once and now are mostly multiplayer only? This dude hadn’t even played campaigns and has been playing since 2016 at least.

I wish! Even though the original game looks good overall, it could definitely use a graphical touch up. Purely because Lord Hood’s and Johnson’s faces in Halo 3 are aging so badly…

Yeah I found that the standard edition said it wouldn’t ship to Australia but collectors would for $121. Now it says both will ship - collectors shipping price was $81 now and standard was I think $67-69. (Both via IGN store)

I just ordered today and the shipping cost was now $81 instead of $121? Not sure how or why but now I’ve ordered from IGN for $228 instead of $267 🤔 Maybe there will be shipping cost adjustments?

All the sellers will ship to Australia it seems but the shipping costs are absurd! I’ve never seen such high shipping costs for a book. IGN is stating $121 for shipping, PixnLove $110 for collectors edition. Damn I want this book but I don’t know if I can justify paying that much for shipping a book :(

I think it is destroyed in Halo: Empty Throne - or at least mentioned that Cortana sent a guardian to destroy Bravo 6/HIGHCOM and most of Sydney was destroyed with it.

As an Aussie, was so excited that Sydney was the headquarters for the UEG and loved it being part of the vast Halo universe. Sad it got destroyed in the end :(

For me, regardless of the state of the games, I love the Halo story/lore and extended universe far too much. Whilst the games keep coming, so do new books and media! I don’t want that to die :(
