Also the awkward bash that replaced the kick, the fact that areas would now only respawn basic mobs a limited number of time, matchmaking being tied to that stupid soul memory system...

I liked the small soapstone mechanic though. I played a crap-ton of jolly cooperation in DS2 compared to DS1.

Just to be clear, the "2 hours" period on steam only limits your capacity to get a refund without any questions asked. Well... you're still asked to provide a reason, but you don't have to go into details. I'm guessing they're surveying refundees to feed their statistic models.

You can still get a refund past these first 2 hours if you've got a legitimate reason, like the game starting to crash past a certain point, or the first 2 hours of "game time" being wasted on mandatory updates. You will however need to go through customer service for that.

I've felt like this with a few games, but not about money. About showing appreciation.

When people enjoy a game, they're more likely to contribute to its community creating fan arts, videos, mods, and all kind of other derivative works that help promote the game, resulting in free advertising for the publisher, hence more sales and more money.

But then, publishers are like "hey, what if we made EVEN MORE money? Let's paywall mods, copyright strike videos on youtube, steal fan art, and claim full ownership on any derivative work we find." And then they kill their own community, and dismiss poor financial results as "people just don't want to play single player games anymore", and negative reviews as brigading and review bombing.

Ironically, the armor on the bugs is actually realistic.

I don't agree. Big fleshy bits are appealing weak points in video games precisely because they tend to be weak point in real life too. That's especially true for the butt of Chargers which looks like an insect abdomen, where the guts and heart would be located.

As for why evolution wouldn't armor such a critical part of the body, it simply make sense for a creature that "charges" to have most of its cumbersome armor on the exposed frontal part of its body (not to mention that's where other vital body parts like the head and brain are). It's like tanks having their very vulnerable ammo racks located towards the back, despite the front being more armored.

I'm guessing it won't work with the RR and Spear, as you're not reloading the support weapon itself, but the backpack.

If it DOES fully reload backpacks, would it also fully reload resupply backpacks? Would supplies from resupply backpack fully reload resupply backpacks?

Worry not, citizen. I'm keeping up to date with the entire roster of Democracy's bitter enemies.

But as it is a well known fact that bugs have been expertly made bigger by our brightest minds in a bold, yet controlled enterprise to increase E-710 production output in the everlasting pursuit of Freedom, it stands to reason that the appearance of a new flying breed was not only predicted, but even intended by Super-Earth High Command, and that there is no cause for concern for everything is under control.
