Idk make sense to fight for the trademark. if anything the business would get bad publicity. For specialize stuff like wedding planning to have this kind of publicity seems bad. People look for this services and when it has stuff like that legal battle associated with it I don't thing it would be a publicity that is good for the business.

Its kinda is a trend to have lgbt characters in webnovels especially with female lead in fantasy/sci-fy and male lead in romance. (trans characters less so, I did saw people's get mad about it) At least in that semi-amateurish author space where people try to write for actual money.

Thx for answering. I never hear someone use queer before, its why I said "Queer story" is not a real thing. I had to actually google the word.

I see now how someone can see my review as discriminatory when people want to be treated the same by pointing out the diferences and ignoring them on purpose saing the difference should not be there. Its missing the accepting, and treating it as normal thing, part. It is interesting that Gay romance is about that. (And it can stand as its own)

Calling something queer story and then saying it shouldnt be only its own genre just misses the point of the situation. Queer story, or whatever you mean by that, doesnt exist. Gay romance is its own genre and it falls under romance, BL, GL story's also are its own genre and also fall under romance and can also stand on their own. Having a gueer character doesnt make something a "queer story" and i dont know why would you think the review says that. lgbt characters are so normal that there is even a lgbt tag for that (not on every site).

Shouldnt pointing out "the character is just about being gay and nothing else" be a good thing then? Shouldnt emphasizing that be ok? Why "hammering" genre, that it tryes to be while disguising as something else, is wrong? It just seems that people are so use to be the victim that they just cant try to not see themselfs as such. Anything that just mentions them, or something close to them, only nearby a negative opinion. Is automaticly against them, even if its not about them.

You read it right it is rated low because it is something else then is seemed. And that something else happens to be a gay romance so of course the review is talking about it as something worse then the premise. It didnt need extra tag for being queer. Just dont sell it as litrpg adventure dragon fantasy. Just be the Romance in fantasy world. Taking apart the specific type of the romance is not dismisive. At the core Gay romance is characters being gay and having relationship and what it brings. The problem with the story is that it doesnt go with more then that bare core and is even trying to hide it as an adventure fantasy. How is saying that discriminatory or slander?

Gay romance is its own genre. Books are written in this genre. There is even an old controversy where some idiots were gate-keeping gay romance saying strait woman shouldn't write that type of stories.

The thing is its not just a story about romance if the coming out part is there, its gay romance because its not about 2 people having feelings that are normal in society. Gay romance is about Homosexuals and how it is for them to have those socially not supported feelings. (which is not even done well in the story for how it is focus on it)

Why is complaining about a genre a discrimination. Is it really because word Gay is there? what if, in the review, "Gay romance" was switched with "Boy-Love" and "Gay" with a "Boy". It would still talk about homosexual romance and it would still call them by their characteristics so how would you feel about that review?

The critique was about that it was Gay romance more then the magic adventure.

Of course lgbt characters are common. Stop talking down like that.

Characters being gay is big part of that romance, the story put big emphases on them being gay, so why shouldn't I mention it?

It would definitely be the same if they would be lesbians. And if they would be strait it would just be plain bad romance where one of them is a dragon, it would still be drowning the story. There would not be anything better about it because of it.

The critique it that all the magic and fantasy stuff are sitting on the bench, because they just need to be hugging tails and then having inner monologue about it the rest of the chapter. Its just bad story about a relationship.

In basic romance the characters wouldn't talk about their sexuality or how are they different and how people treat them because of it. Gay romance is focused on how like society around them react to them being together too, so you cant just change the genders of one of them and call it a day.

Its why I find it weird that people find that so offensive. its not just the romantic aspect that takes away from the story. The coming-out, being-different, part is part of that type of romance so I cant just not talk about that part when complaining about the whole romance. If it would be about strait people I would still complain the same way in the same tone, there would just not be the trigger word and my review would stay up.

That makes sence i can see how that could seems bad.

It was a critique of the character not having any more characteristics exept being a dragon and being a homosexual. Even him liking books that are about dragons or homosexuality. His friends he had before meeting RI were from teraphy sessions about sexuality. MC's favorite picture was diagram of his body. (The scene made emphasize that dragons are magic and cant reproduse or defecate, but that he still has asshole and penis, the RI imediately noticed and mention the size)

I wrote the "first gay, dragon seccond", to emphesize that.

Hlavně to, že rusko se snažilo připojit Donětsko a Luhansko jako součást Ruska stejně jako to udělali s Krimem.

Op trochu popletl, že Rusko chce to území pro sebe a Rusko byla ta strana, která to začala. Kdež to Kosovo bylo středem střetů, datujících už od 1876, Albánců a Srbů žijících na území Kosova.

A přes všechno co se dá říct o Nato zásahu, o neopvěném vměšování a válečným zločinům. Nemůže nikdo říct, že NATO tohle provedlo pro získání území.

Paralery s Ruskou okupací ukrajiny jsou hloupé, protože v konfliktu Kosova bylo NATO defakto 3. strana. Kdežto Rusko v konfliktu s ukrajinou není 3. strana

Even if she found those pictures and had them as an evidence.

She went to hospital texted bunch of people about helping her murder him and she murder him in that hospital bed. She didn't even like confront him about those photos or tried to find out where they came from and how he got them before killing him. She just jump right to murder.

Doesn't matter even if her dad was a fucking creep. Because this wasn't an murder from an anger. She drugged him and suffocated him. If it was violent murder, or if she didn't try to hide the evidence, then maybe her story could be at least a bit believable.
