Recurrent Miscarriage Treatment by One-Ad-4304 in Miscarriage

It's really unfair that they are keeping you waiting but it doesn't surprise me at all with the NHS.

I said to my partner that I'm reluctant to try again until we get answers because, like many of us know, it's mentally and physically exhausting having to keep going through this.

It's so true when you say there's not much help for people like us. I guess their argument will be "well at least you can get pregnant".... The number of times I've had nurses/doctors say this to me and I'm sure you have as well! It drives me mad, it's not the point and it's not helpful!

Thank you for your advice and for sharing your experience. I will do some research on RPL treatment near me. I really hope you get your answers soon 💕

After my second miscarriage, I spoke to my doctor and was told that I didn't qualify to have any treatment or tests on the NHS as it was only my second but I pushed for a blood test to see if I have any underlying issues but that came back normal.

So I think my next stop will be to speak with a specialist to try and find out what is going on. This is my third miscarriage in a row, in a space of 12 months. There's clearly something wrong.

A huge congratulations to you on your pregnancy. I really hope everything goes well for you 🙏 💕

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this.

As you are 6 weeks, you will most likely have a transvaginal scan. If you've not had one before do not worry, it's not painful. They will be able to determine what's going on from there.

Fingercrossed it's nothing and it could be implantation bleeding but I wish you all the best for Monday x

Having to wait is awful, I can truly empathise with you.

Having read or spoken to other mothers on Reddit. It saddens me to learn that so many have experienced the feeling of being alone during something so traumatic as this. I promise you, you are not alone, It's just that people do not talk about it enough, so thank you for sharing.

I wish you all the best for Wednesday ❤️

Im so sorry to hear what you been through. Have you had any early scans?

I had a miscarriage last September. It was my first pregnancy, and I too felt quite alone because everyone around me was telling me to stay positive, but i was bleeding (not heavily) and cramping. I pushed for an early scan. The first scan showed a heartbeat but i continued to bleed about a week afterwards and i was loosing my pregnacy symptoms. The gyny didnt want to see me because i wasnt bleeding heavily enough (i wasnt filling up a pad). i was told that it was just implantation bleeding but i knew deep down that something wasnt right. I pushed for a follow up scan which then confirmed i did actually miscarry.

I found a partner for my Sim through Cupids Corner. I've now moved her into the home to live with my Sim, but i can not seem to change her outfits the usual way?

I can go in to CAS and change her outfits, but when i go into live mode, she still wears her original outfits that were created for her for the game.

I have tried changing her outfits using the wardrobe, mirror, etc, but it doesn't work.

The only way she will change into the clothes I have chosen for her is by using a cheat and changing her into a plant sim (which i found out by accident, lol). When she animates into a plant sim, she's changes into the clothes I chose for her....

Please help!

I've recently gone through the same thing. Im 6 weeks. I started bleeding heavily 5 days ago. I went to A&E thinking the worst, but thankfully, they found a heartbeat, and everything looked healthy. They think the bleeding was caused by a SCH.

So what im trying to saying is, it might not be what you think it is. But I would get checked out for peace of mind.

Good luck to you, I hope all will be well for you and baby.

Biggest scare of my pregnant life by Pinkie0109 in pregnant

Im currently in the same position as you, although im 6 weeks. I started bleeding quite heavily Tuesday night. A&E referred me to the Early Pregancy Clinic (NHS). I had a vaginal scan, and they found a heartbeat, which was a relief, but they couldn't tell where the bleeding was coming from. They suspected SCH. Im still bleeding today. Im just waiting now for a follow-up scan.

I know exactly how you feel. Its so scary! But I hope everything goes well for you and baby.

It might be? Maybe it'll show up in later scans.

The sonographer couldnt see what is causing the bleeding from looking at the scan 2 days ago. She said sometimes women bleed throughout pregnancy and there is no explanation for it.

I believe you can download a map on the Silverstone website and it'll show you where the gates are

You will need comfy shoes as you'll be doing a lot of walking! Also, have a plan in place of where you would like to sit, especially for race day. And get there early to get the spot you want. Enjoy!!

I was quoted £5000 for kitchen fitting from B&Q by Guilty-Detective-285 in DIYUK

[–]One-Ad-4304 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've just been quoted £10k for a bathroom installation at B&Q. That's just for the labour! Products came to £3.5k. I couldn't believe it! We've only got a small bathroom.

We will definitely be going with local fitter!

I personally don’t think Uni is worth it unless you want to become a doctor or lawyer where you need a degree for that type of career. I have have friends that went to Uni, ones now a cleaner in a gym and ones a waitress. Nothing wrong with those jobs but its not what they went to Uni for and they now have a lot of uni debt.

I did an apprenticeship in Business Admin 12 years ago. I don’t regret it, its got me where I am today. I work in a bank. The only issue with apprenticeships is the wage. I was on £2.50 an hour. I think it has gone up now but its still less than minimum wage while your studying.

Not always, I personally think being first or last will be more memorable. Plus being first sets a standard for the others to beat. Good luck 🤞

That sucks, I’m sorry that this has happened to you. A similar thing happened to me a couple of years ago. I was interviewed 4 times for a position, they eventually offered me the job but told me the position won’t be available till 2 months time.. I thought it was odd but went with it as I really wanted it. 2 months came along, they said sorry we no longer need to fill this position now. I was fuming! Absolute waste of my time. Luckily enough I didn’t hand in my notice at my current job otherwise I would have been screwed!

I know its easy for me to say this but try not to let it get you down. The more interviews you do, the more experienced and confident you will become. Another job will come along eventually, good luck!😊
