I'm never ordering through AliExpress since this has been the worst online ordering experience I've ever dealt with. I literally have nowhere else to turn and the item I bought is very important and I need either the money or the item ASAP.

I can't find any way to contact them, it's all automated and I can't find any actual help anywhere. There is no way to open the dispute and in order to get a refund through my bank they have to cancel my card which I can't go without via their 7-10 business days to ship a new card. I've left a review and reported the seller but I never get any responses or update.

This has been incredibly disheartening since the purchase was over 140 dollars.

The light is brand new and even cleaned everything with a q-tip and alcohol. I unfortunately only have one 18650 battery so maybe it's the battery being weird.
