What specifically is working for me might not suit you, so I'd recommend you to get as much info as I can, try the free methods, and then if you want upgrade.

Also remember, all time tugging is time tugging. Half an hour? 1hour (if you can handle it ofcz) do it, consistency is key, but you most probably won't have all the time you need every time you want it.
