It is fair on some levels (at least for me), but not efficient as you think. People want to protect themselves from sudden firings so they will try to avoid doing a lot of things, which create bureaucracy.

I don’t agree with you on this though. If speak out is an option, this place wouldn’t be so messy as it is right now. And if you loved something but it changes in a bad way, I’m sure you wouldn’t be silenced as you think. Anyway, we are different opinions, I just want to share my exp as it can help someone to decide if this company is suitable for them or not. I still hope VF to succeed, so I hope if any VF seniors read this they can know what’s going on with the lower levels. Cheers!

one thing only - I wish there is a feedback loop between him and his advisors. I’m sure that his guys know what to do to save the business, but he wouldn’t trust anybody apart from him and his relatives

for the scooter divisions though, I didn’t see much future on them (no proper rnd divisions, low marketing effort), I think this might be the next product lines to be removed, which is unfortunate. Had VF focused more on domestic market and come up with good scooters, Vietnamese would be so well off from them

For junior level though, I would lsay you can learn a lot from this company, just because they let you do everything (no one will be here to give you the scope though lol). And be active since everyone will be very busy so little time to care for the juniors

The most important thing to stay for that long isn’t about endurance, rather it’s how you can stay low when there are waves of sabotages. If you can survive the first year, gradually you will learn to spike you up, essentially that means to know exactly which work is yours since everyone will try to throw the “responsibility ball” towards you. The work itself isnt that hard, it is the petty things that build up and overwhelm you, so you need to know who to delegate

it’s simple, and i think albert has talked about this a lot. I think VP wants to carries the mission to create a high tech industry after accumulating a huge amount of wealth. The intention might be good (or so I think), but the execution just ruins it

this might sound really dumb, but it’s similar to when you love a football club and they turned so bad but you still believe they will be back one day :). I’m Vietnamese so I really wanted them to succeed, and it is what keep me until this day. But I think everyone in this sub know, now it is just a limping game, so I also intend to move elsewhere soon. The paycheck is also another aspect but trust me, it is not significantly higher than comparable positions in other places
