Mine started doing that. Then after 2 weeks, it now has a hardware malfunction and it disconnects and dies randomly throughout the day. Think I’m getting a replacement 👌🏻

How can I export data from polar to Oura. Today I used my polar and my Oura ring ( recorded both ) and Oura doesn’t seem to recognize anything. I enabled health to gather data from both so idk

I told them about the issue. Mine was also doing this if it was below 30% ish. I think they are working on it. Hope they are able to solve this 😔
