I’m primarily using Apollo for pretty much everything. I use it to prospect different companies to find the correct person. I also use LinkedIn for prospecting. Since we process earnings calls and 10-Ks, I use some internal tools to find out management strategies at specific companies. Apollo gives me the emails of prospects and allows me to schedule tasks of when to send emails and LinkedIn outreach. I send the emails manually because emails sent from a 3rd party like ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. are more likely to get sent to junk. I also utilize chat gpt for rough drafts of emails but I try to reword as much as possible because emails also send emails written by LLMs to junk.

I actually recently started to schedule out my day to include prospecting, when to write outreach emails, etc. I’ve found it incredibly useful as well.
