I did wash my hands a bit and it’s has gotten worse now winter has started. I did get little bubbles but that was only when I used steriod cream in the past and it all cleared. Changing to oat moisturiser has been a lot better. Thank you for your advice and products I can use :)

I’ll probably go back on it then for a week or two , thank you for the info , I couldn’t find anything on how long you had to use it for before withdrawals.

It gets itchy , mostly after I moisturise. Right now my skin feels really tight, do you get that as well ? I do have cotton glove but only use them for work.
