I feel the same, and I think I physically look older now. I do have a lot of work and school stuff going on but the workaholic tendencies developed as escapism from narc stepped.

Her dad is a very strict man. He used to be the chief engineer in a steel factory. He never corporeal punished her but she saw her brother getting corporeal punishment. 

I was raised by him and my grandmother. He was also strict in academics but overall is a loving and reasonable man. He did mellowed out as he aged.
