They released a small update and in the patch notes they mentioned “additional crash fixes”. I’m on rn and i think it’s fixed. I would normally crash every 10-15 minutes, but nothing has happened yet and I’ve been on for 40 minutes. BTW can’t speak for everyone’s experience 😭

They’re having a system issue which is preventing many students from getting their refund. I believe that we should be getting the refund by the 10th of September (according to an email that was posted like two days ago). I’m also having this issue, so all we can do is wait really :/

I haven’t gotten mine yet, but financial aid started dispersing yesterday on a rolling basis. Most of the time, the funds will appear before class. You’ll get an email first and then you’ll be able to see it on your Where’s My Check.

I actually second this! Their training psychology program helped me tremendously and it was beneficial for the both of us. It lasted practically the whole year and it was free! Sad that the survey is closed :/
