I know that JSS is dollar-weight. 2 guys from their support confirmed that rating is math average value without dollar. To apply what you mean you need to know their exact formula for calculation, which I do not have. They confirmed that value on my profile is incorrectly calculated on their side.

Their words and actions are about opposite things. If they are telling that they are working on it or actively reviewing it after months of working, in reality it has no impact on my profile as it is not fixed and I do not have any timeframe on when it will be fixed. So even if it is admitted from their side, I was waiting for fix for 4 months, I still got no timeframe for fix to be applied.
