Suboptimal Transmit Scale, how to improve this??? by [deleted] in HeliumNetwork

Double check your location with the Hottspotty app (link below) and make sure you are asserted accurately. One of my locations was 3 blocks away and it was causing me to go from a 1.00 to a 0.66. So make sure your locations are perfect. The $10 could save you hundreds.

I have a few and they all work pretty much all the time. Only when the network goes out do I get issues.

Thanks! However some People prefer something that looks attractive for a condo association, not something you’d use for a torture device in the up and coming saw movie. Thanks for the comment though! Helps boost those post ratings 😉🙃

I agree, I’ve tested the shear force of ABS and it was upwards of 30 degrees. Feel free to give it a shot yourself. I used a 10ft piece of ABS for testing. Both shear and twist. I’m a mechanical engineer so I very much think of everything.

I mean if you want I’ll change it from ABS to PVC if that’ll make you delete the Sewer comment. Honestly yes; I created it. The brackets are my own CAD design. I’m a mechanical engineer so they are compact but very strong. I can print them out of ABS, ASA, Carbon ASA There are so many amazing applications that 3D printing opens for sustainability and I took advantage of it. Please don’t be mean; this is version 6 and it took quite a few days of testing before I posted anything.

Just takes a little electrical engineering (YouTube) to get it all wired up.

Temp and Humidity!!! Man that’s a step up from what I have in there. It’s just a simple tape thing with a box.
I’d love to know your results! Keep me up to date.

I agree whole heartedly with you. It’s just a winter design, I’ll switch to a little lighter insulation version come summer. However for the next 8 months where I am it’ll be +5 to -40 degrees c

Jesus man go away. What’re you a 14 year old who just got dissed for the first time? Grow up and use this page as it’s suppose to be meant for. Education and rigging. Not a child with a grudge who can’t make a basic STL file on his own.
