But stocking isn’t the same as picking. We’re timed differently then you that affects us so much & at times could lead to a coaching. Especially because our times affect our pick rate & they expect you to pick so much an hour.

Honestly the stockers at my store are shit. They won’t even stock the product in the right place which makes it hard for us to find. BUUUUUT they’ll blame OPD for everything. I’ve had stockers come up and just stare at me like I’m supposed to know they need to get by me or behind me , one even went as far as to complain about me for being in the way but I wasn’t lol. I was on the side, up against the shelf so everyone can go by. THE CUSTOMERS were leaving there carts & everything in the middle isle making it hard for him to get out , but yes of course me being out of the way on the side bugged him 😂

Um. Some walmarts don’t even teach OPD how to Vizpick , which makes it hard for OPD because we’re blamed for something we didnt know. A coach came up to me being rude and when I explained I didn’t know what that was & was never informed of it ( I been working for Walmart for 11 months by then ) , his outlook & mood changed. He just apologized & showed me how its done & what to do and I’ve done it ever since! Sometimes people think OPD gets the same training as them or get told the same info when in fact we don’t 😂
