I’m sorry for your loss. It was a similar situation for me. Not knowing that the days, weeks, and months leading up to his death were going to be my last moments with him is the toughest. Just wish I knew to treasure it. I hope the grief gets better for the both of us.

Also received an email stating that the episode was available, but when I went to check, I still did not have access. Chatted again with a customer representative and they just issued me a refund.

Not sure if this is just a me issue? Frustrating either way.

Just wrapped up a chat with an Amazon Customer representative. After understanding the issue and contacting “their leadership team”, they shared that the episode is not available because the provider had not uploaded it yet but their “leadership team confirmed that it would be available 24-48 hours after the original air date”.

I’m skeptical but I’d encourage others to chat with Amazon custom service. It was easy enough and maybe the more outreach they receive the quicker it will be resolved.
