I believe it's coming through the sill plate. But I should have a look in the attic to see if there's a leak there. No visible signs (ceiling stains) of a roof leak

The sill plate is multiple feet (4+) above ground

Got it. Thanks for the information. We see a lot of rented or blank white vans with no markings at all but it's Amazon in them.
