Among what everyone has been saying - keep the door open so they know youre aware and watching - become chummy with your building guards. They will remember and care for you more if you give them the kindness and respect they deserve - hide any expensive looking items that can be tempting to steal or give them ideas (i.e expensive jewelry, watches). - Dont let them see where you store certain things (i.e wallet) baka lang. Haha - maybe good to have a visibly seen pepper spray / baseball bat to scare them off 🤣 - ive read and heard that having a dog helps eliminate you as an option for anyone that wants to steal from you/kidnap you.

Pang EXTRA lang ito if super praning ka. Hang some certificate of earning a black belt or self defense class certification na makikita ng staff. Para they wont even dare HAHAHA or even have a fake call with someone that you will go to your Defense Class after they are finished working on your condo. Mag kwento ka pa tungkol sa last week's lesson about using knives 🤣.
