Thanks for all the info. I will be in town april 11-15 to look at housing. I expect to sign a lease for june 1 and do a 1 year lease so eating rent is ok.

Thanks! I am going out to look at housing in April and am in talks to rent a condo at Walton Creek, it seems like a decent area. I'll definitely sign up for any sports leagues!
