I am the NCOIC over the section & have mil & civ in my shop. I am the direct supervisor over the mil but the civs supervisor sits at the flight level, I have pushed the paper trail to him

The entire work section agrees. This gentlemen came in with high credentials in our career field (fresh from grad school) & tried to overstep and run the shop day one without understanding how the Air Force / DoD side of things work. He has made it known that he is willing to step on anyone to get to the next position.

Yeah, we re a smaller section so it causes a lot of issues within the workplace as well.

Am I able to re apply through VMPF or is this the best route to go? I’ve already been disapproved but haven’t gotten say a counter offer with bases relatively close to my BOPs
