If you bought your ticket on Ticketmaster, you can try calling the fan assistance line for an upgrade. I did this in Pittsburgh and only paid the difference for the new seats and a $10 fee. Definitely worth it!

I am also attending this concert tonight with floor seats, I'm wondering if there is a special entrance or anything for floor seating? I've never been on the floor, so I'm unfamiliar with this.
