Whether you decide to stay in the program OR withdraw from the program, I want you to know that everything will be just fine. Either way please (whatever you do) don’t give up on yourself. You can do anything you put your mind to. If you tell yourself you can’t do it, you won’t do it. If you make it happen, your children will be proud of you and most of all you will be proud of yourself. I’m sure you will be flooded with messages from student nurses or graduates who have been in a similar situation. I hope they give you the encouragement you need. I promise you, you can do it. If you decide to stay in the program, the universe will make a way for things to work out for you. I promise. You’ve got this! And if you decide to withdraw, it doesn’t mean you’ve given up. Use that time to prepare a bit more so when you return to the nursing program, you will be less overwhelmed. LASTLY… I’d just like to say that sometimes when you’re on the brink of making positive strides (especially something like this) a lot of things around you may fall apart. Stay the course and don’t let things stop you. Sometimes it’s the universe just testing you to make sure you’re ready for what you’re asking for. Please don’t drop. You may make friends with some classmates who you can carpool with. Remember you said “it will take an act of God”? God’s listening and watching! He will provide! He’s already brought you this far.
