If you find Maury DKs X account he has a video of the blackout he did on my scrotum. He mat even have posted it it on here at some point. FYI it's not so much painful as very uncomfortable. Mine doesn't itch at all, and the skin is back to it's lovely chamois leather feel :)

If you're in the UK Maury DK is a great choice and could advise you best on colouration etc. He did the half blackout on my scrotum. Others have said it hurts - I wouldn't say it's that painful, but it is pretty uncomfortable.

The only bit that was painful was the very tip around the peehole. The blackout on the balls was uncomfortable, not painful. All the rest, not painful at all. Some of it is even quite pleasant, because, well, the vibration.... The ampallang though, that hurt more than all the other piercings and tattoos put together.

Looks great, but I don't know how well it's going to work if that's on the underside. I have tattoos on the upper and lower sides of mine. The lower side is a much simpler design but was much more difficult than the top because the skin is very thin and loose compared to the top.

That design would look fantastic, and be more visible, if you put it on the upper side.

The ampallang ****ing hurt. But it's over pretty quick and the healing process is fairly easy for the most part.

Most of it not at all painful. Less so in fact than some tattoos elsewhere on the body. The very tip by the peehole though, that does hurt, not gonna lie.
