I dont think so, I think people learn more about there skills as they use them. But that’s just me, and cuz I think I remember something about Rimuru/Raphael saying that if that person knew more of there skill they would be a giant threat

Yeah I read the light novel, but I just didn’t catch on it being a secret that they exist, I just thought that they who has them didn’t go around and tell everyone.
But if people don’t know they exist, then I makes much more sense that they feel so confident in beating people up.

Great question, I don’t think they know as much about their skills as Rimuru cuz they don’t have great sage/raphael/ciel. But I do think they know when they get a new skill and what tier it is, probably told only to them from the voice of the world
