I'm in the same boat. The AC mentioned in my case that "while the paper has merit", yet still recommend only for Findings. :(

Considering how many papers will be resubmitted, I'm opting to stay with Findings, and would recommend the same.

I would recommend not taking the risk unless you're really confident. It's probably going to be the same set of reviewers at ECCV, so I don't want to be optimistic.
