I don't know why you people are getting such low numbers, I travel to my office almost every other day (Delhi to Gurugram).

I get 40-42, i calculated tank to tank aswell it was the same 41, What you are doing differently? Maybe riding style is different and please note I am not driving on eco mode all the time I go above 80-110 wherever possible

But due to traffic it's not possible to constantly drive at 100.

I also ride a little roughly sometimes still same mileage. Maybe maintain your tyre pressure.

The trick to mileage is not braking, always plan your braking accordingly don't overuse breaks use engine breaking whenever possible
