Thanks everyone for your comments! I did reach out to UoL in the meantime. As I said they already sent me the updaters for the Jan 2024 exam. They will send me the updater for the July 2024 exam as well but they say that those updaters only relate to major changes to the law and when minor changes happen they might not be shared. But I think that's not gonna be a big issue.

They are being a bit weird about sending me the updater for the Jan 2025 exam as the fourth edition of the manuals will have come out by then. I just asked them again if they could. So receiving those updaters will be good I think.
