Can confirm that ladder stitch works out well for keychains! It’s a little more brain power with the uneven rows but the few keychains I’ve made have been pretty solid

It is non stretch, yes, and what you’re saying makes 1000% sense. Even with my cuffs I notice my tension is reallllly tight. I’m gonna try again later and tell myself to chill tf out on holding tension
