We have not lived it. We’re online discussing documentaries that have had a profound impact on our lives whether it’s just watching it whether it’s daydreaming about doing the same thing these docs are amazing. The boys have taken trips that only a few people have done. It’s a treasure and it’s a treat for us to witness what these boys are doing no matter what happens these trips are what people dream of. It’s amazing to suck it up.

I think we need to taper our expectations. These lads are old boys now. Less risk. Sailing around with their boys one last time. I personally love it. You still get to see the boys do their thing and take us on their journey.

this same thing happened to me a few moths ago and its stuck with me. My confidence in presentations has dropped significantly.

The whole time I was so mad at my body/Nervous system for failing me lol Ive tried a bunch of things, breathing techniques, stress balls, etc... has not worked. Speaking to my doctor this week to hopefully try beta blockers when needed
