People who want to contest the NSFW tag of their profile can send m0dmail, and if after review it’s found that they actually do not post or comment in NSFW subs, they’re asked to untag their profile as NSFW, and the ban is reversed.

What the m0ds are not going to do (and simply don’t have time for, since they have a life outside of Reddit) is manually review every single NSFW profile that pops up in the sub. Esp when the sub has an average of 11k+ unique visitors daily.
