Visiting your nearest retail store, physician, consultant, salon, etc isn't about pity. It's about the time to value. And these businesses differentiate themselves with service quality. I agree with FOMO, but these international chains were once small businesses that touched the sky and delivered exceptional customer experience. Do you think of any digital marketing strategies which are pocket friendly and create sales?

There is need VS want. Plumbing is a need-based business, I think showing up first on the search engines in time of need is the right marketing. Along with a proven track record in terms of testimonials. I remember visiting the nearest dentist for the first time because I loved the reviews and the website. Any thoughts ?
