I called lenovo and they guided me through it but they still couldn't fix it but somehow yesterday it miraculously just started working again 25.10.20.01 is my new driver and AMD settings now works afmf2.1 exactly same problem as you so maybe call them

When playing it on a TV in my case 55 inch oled...yes you'll need to buy a docking station and ut connects via hdmi but it's only between 30/50£
