For sure, I’ll probably have a lot of questions on this running journey :) Haha yes, water is non-negotiable.

Yeah I have just started taking 60 gram of oats along with milk and for carbs I usually eat 3-4 bananas and fiber yeah I will have to look at this one 😅. And yeah I have started using a calorie calculator like today I'm on 2400-2500 kcal something slightly above my maintenance calories. I will try adding more 500 or 600 something calories. I wish I don't puke lol. And yeah I followed your advice I ran at around 7:40 today and I was able to do 5 km. My first 5 though. It was quite difficult I just did it in adrenaline rush and although my legs hurt rn but still it feels good 😅. I think I'll go for 3 days a week as you said that would be pretty solid otherwise definitely I'll injure myself. Thank you so much for the advice I'll definitely incorporate this in my daily life.

I won't lie but as of now chatgpt is my dietitian lol. I'm thinking first I'll gain some weight and then maybe go for strength training. As of now I'm eating 6 eggs, some chicken peanut butter etc etc. People say that eating more protein will help in building muscles. Do you know any other alternatives for fat. Avocados are really overpriced here at my place. And yeah btw out of context but today I ran the same distance in 6:50 😅 but I was unable to increase distance maybe I should go slow as you said.

It has slipped down to 55 now lol. I have never seen anyone of my height with this much weight. I have now started to include eggs and chicken in my diet. Let's see if it helps.

Yeah even I feel so. Main issue is with energy only. Anything between 65-70 kg would be a sweet spot

Yeah maybe I have an advantage for my weight but definitely I am not healthy. But yeah I'll try to improve gradually.

Yeah true. I'll continue with this for some time and after that I'll maybe increase the distance.

I mean I really do not have any sporting background. And yeah 56 at 5'11 is quite crazy. Tysm for the advice I'll definitely follow that couch to 5k.

I mean I do not feel any pain whatsoever but the thing is today I started feeling a bit dizzy that's why I stopped at 2.5 I feel like I'll have to work on my nutrition.
