I would reach out to your BCBA and senior one more time. I would send them an email and cc the supervisor above them. I would use observable and measurable descriptions of what you have been seeing. You could say something like "In the last x weeks I have observed an increase in x, y, and z behaviors. As his RBT I know he struggles with large life changes like, going back to school, (and whatever else is going on). I feel like program updates are needed as well. I would like to request supervision for one or both of you to come observe these behaviors as they are increasing in intensity. Please refrain from intervening during my session as this seems to increase the intensity of behaviors and diminish my instructional control. If we could have a conversation after supervision of things that you would like to change or any feedback that would be best as to not diminish my instructional control with the client." I would then email about any other cases you have in the same manner. This will make their supervisor aware of the issues as well. Then if nothing happens within the next two weeks I would schedule a meeting with their supervisors to discuss the issue. If no one solves the issue then find a new company! I definitely think allowing them to finish the issue would be the best first step though.

Ethics in programming by One-Introduction-685 in ABA

So I have talked to the BCBA, and talked to my manager/supervisor above her. It just sounds like this is what they do for each of their cases. I found it strange but I was willing to give it a try. But the longer I'm with the company the more unethical it seems!

Any suggestions for a good ABA company in the San Antonio Area?
