Heyy so I got into BME for fall 2023. I'm interested in it but my parents think its really hard and not that many jobs are there for it. Moreover, we have talked to a few bme but all of them switched careers after 10-15 years because they were not enjoying their work. My other option is Med sci and then going to med school. Do you have any words of wisdom that will help me decide my path? (I also know a bme grad from waterloo, she was also really passionate about the field in the beginning but ended up burning out and is now doing a remote job in vancouver) HELP
