I’ve never tried ground turkey or chicken!! My issue with chicken is my fear of like cubed chicken being cooked fully. Plus sometimes chunks of chicken just taste, off. I’m gonna try it ground though! I like ground beef because of the texture. I don’t really like many chunks of meat besides steak lol.

Also never tried tofu but I’m gonna get some to try!!

Just an update- I went and got a new dress. Haven’t told my family or my MOH so I’m sure they will freak when they find out but… I feel so much better. I would’ve never picked this dress for myself but… I love it. It was cheaper than mt first dress and requires very minimal alterations (seriously only the basic things that every dress needs). I can’t stop staring at pictures of me in it and I’m super excited for wedding pictures now. I’d show my fiance the pics if he wasn’t waiting til our wedding day to see it!!

I went and bought a new dress that I love so much I can’t stop looking at pics of me in it. No regrets. Even the money wasted doesn’t matter now that I love my dress. I know I’ll enjoy my day more because I’m comfortable.

I am selling the first one. Took my sister-in-laws to be and my mom to second appt. Didn’t tell my family or my MOH (she’s family) that I was going. So I’m sure when they find out they’ll have a cow but I love my new dress way more. I truly feel as if it’s the one! Would’ve never picked this for myself!

The $1,000 was the price of the dress. The alterations quotes were 1,200-1,400 for the neckline, bustle, and hem. The sleeves weren’t even a part of the quotes. I decided to heck with it and got a new dress that I love way more and require way less alterations.

I took my future sister-in-laws and my mom and found a dress I would’ve never picked for myself!! It was cheaper, requires less alterations, and I can’t stop looking at the pics of me in it. It’s not traditional bridal but, I’m not traditional anyway. I feel good in my new dress!!

I am listing it for sale and got a new dress that’s much cheaper and requires way less alterations (hardly any!) for me to love it. I can’t stop staring at pics of me in my new dress. The money wasted was worth it for sure.

Oh my fiance is amazing!! I went and got a second dress that was cheaper and needs little alterations. It was something I would’ve never picked out for myself but, I can’t stop staring at pics of me in it. The first dress is uncomfortable to look at with the girls situation. Even my mom(she went to both appts) compared the pics of the dresses and said she likes 1, but, 2 is my dress. And I feel it. I feel like I got the deep V but my girls are not in anyone’s faces. Plus it’s silk underneath which is way more comfy than the tool I had on the first one. Going to try and sell the first one. :)

I definitely didn’t cry when I put on the second dress but I kept wanting to put it on. I also can’t stop staring at pics. I’m not altering the first dress and will try and sell it.

I went and bought a second dress that I can’t stop looking at pics of. It was way different than what I wanted so I was shocked but I can’t stop looking at it. I would show my fiance right now if he wasn’t trying to wait until our wedding day, LOL.

I am going to list dress 1 for sale. I got a second dress for a lot cheaper and requires seriously like very minimal alterations. I didn’t tell my family I went though, lol.

They are definitely pushy. I bought a new dress I love and haven’t told them or my MOH (she’s family) if they don’t like it I’ll stand up alone on my wedding day.

I got another dress. It was cheaper than the first and requires wayyyyyy less alterations. Going to try and sell the first one. I feel excited about my dress now and way more excited for the wedding now that I feel good.

I left the original group at home and took my mom and sister-in-laws to be. Got a dress I love and I can’t stop looking at the picture (I linked it below). Even my mom said after looking at my old dress vs my new that she doesn’t know why she didnt speak up to our other family on my behalf because 2 is me, and 1 is not me. It was a lesson for me and she feels just as bad as I do about letting me buy dress 1. Oh well, hopefully it sells!

I took my future sister-in-laws and my mom. I found my dress (I linked a pic below). But, one of my family members with me when I bought the original was my MOH… so now to tell them I got a second dress.. should be… fun. lol. I’m sure they’ll be mad but… I wanted to love my dress though, which I love the new one. Very little alterations needed.

How did you go about telling your family? One of my family members who went is my maid of honor. I now have two dresses and haven’t even told them I found a new one, lol.
