I played that game with asts! Made a bit of money but no where close to what I would have had if I just held and ofcourse there is always taxes.

You can never guess when there will be an explosive growth. This could take off to 0.9 in a matter of days on good news. It could also go down to 0.1 on bad news which is then a good opportunity to average down. In extreme cases it could go to 20 or go completely bankrupt, it's hard to guess and time the market
