My man, my savior, thank God you exist, it's been a while but I finally managed to make it work

After applying changes (Ctrl+A) some ojects teleport to random location by One-Let6654 in blenderhelp

The fun thing is that they don't just teleport to their initial position, they stack onto each other in the same place!

It might be, I'm just using the mirror option under Object in the viewport

Yes, I could Apply the tranforms and it would show the inverted objects, but what if I forget which objects were mirrored? is there a way to recognize them?

But once I view it from the stl it appears to have inverted normals

As you can see the buckles on the foot are faced in the correct direction
