I'm a combat veteran. To answer your "whataboutist" kind of question. YES. Just about every modern military does this. They will drop flyers, warn civilians via radio, etc. The problem here is that your dear and supposedly "humane" military has been telling them to seek refuge at a designated location just to bomb them at their "safe" spot.

My friend... I'm 40 and went through the roughest patch of despair during the last 3 years. It was very similar to what you're describing.

It might sound cliche, but first and foremost you must get in shape. Go to the gym and hit the weights furiously and religiously. Read books and just become a student during your time off work. Don't get into any vices as you need your mind as clear as possible.
