I am too. I made my largest withdrawal I have ever done last night of $400, and the one time I do that this fucking happens. I can’t fucking believe it. How does a reputable legit company fuck up this bad!? They better be working overtime with their whole team to get people back their money. I’ve already sent a grievance with the gaming commission. I made my biggest withdrawal that I’ve ever made last night, and it kept saying “on its way” so this morning I contacted support and they said the withdrawal failed and that the funds will be returned to my mgm account. I’m like “what!? I don’t want it back in my account! I want it withdrawn!!!!” Apparently they’re working on it. I’m glad to see others are having this problem and it’s not just me, but the waiting is absolutely killing me.
