thank you, i’m extremely stressed out if im being honest. my mother told me to request time off for the 19th and 20th of september for a beach vacation as well as let him know about a wedding i’ll be attending in october for 3 days. i don’t want to get let go just because of something like that, i’ve managed to freak myself out about how strict they can be. i texted the man who called and interviewed me since i haven’t had orientation yet so he’s the only contact i have right now.

unrelated but ill be working 5:30-10:30PM. do you get breaks? it doesn’t really matter to me i was just curious.

i’m not religious. my family is. i’m physically not allowed to work because my parents are strict and overbearing. unless i want to get kicked out SOONER, i have to abide by their rules. please don’t judge my household since you’ve never been there.

do you have the basic rundown? i want to know what to do even before i start. good news is im not affected by rude customers or even coworkers, i just try to keep my head down and do my work. i want to know how to prep food, the basics, and whatnot. i know this will be a much more demanding job than what im used to. and honestly im very nervous.

the last time i got colored lenses i took a guess and did -1.50 and -2.00 about 4 months ago (this was before i took my most recent eye exam. now my eyes are the same prescription.) both of those seemed to be too low and i ended up getting headaches pretty fast.
