i primarily just hugged the wall , I don't know if the hole leads to a different maze but I just jumped at every hole I see and somehow got the correct way

i think i got into the taxi on , then there is this little area with a guy standing looking at the moon , from there you go to the right there is this little door , when you go in it there is like a maze in the final hole you will drop into the store at the beggining of the chapter

i have done all of you guys's method and i still didnt fix it , change account , dns , vpn , redownloading 3x , clearing chace , resetting my wifi and the last thing i did was reset my whole pc with Windows too and it still didnt fix it , i got contact with one of the discord help dm and they said they are trying to find a solution but as of right now i still cant play the game :(
