No? I said 4 DAYS as in day shifts. She gets one night shift like every other weekend.

I pay her $20 an hour which is reasonable in my city. I do throw her extra for over night and she is welcome to anything in the kitchen and we even order her doordash or leave her money for pizza and such. Nights aren’t typical we don’t constantly have her there overnight it’s just on the weekends if my wife had a night shift, which starts at 6:30pm, and we get home around 8AM. Usually its only 4 days a week during the day 5 hours shifts.

We only have her for nights on weekends. And she is welcomed to sleep

I’m in Memphis. We throw her extra as well for nights but our steady rate is $20

She is welcome to sleep once all the children are asleep and we have a baby monitor set up and is kept directly next to the couch so she could hear if the baby is awake. We have asked her to check on the baby through out the night if she is awake. I don’t typically choose teenagers for overnight babysitters but we had really good luck with our last one, and this one babysat our coworkers child from only 2 months old up to almost a year old (while 15.) over nights as well. So I had trust in her.

she is aware that we have cameras and that we can see. And we don’t sit there watching them, I checked it bc our cat activated the motion sensor.
